Power BI/Report Developer
Length: 24 months + 3 x 12-month extensions
Location of work: Canberra
The Power BI/Report Developer will work on a range of complex projects, transformations, data migrations and other programs, utilising a variety of technologies including Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, Virtual Desktop infrastructure, and Cloud technology among others.
Responsibilities
Performing data preparation, data gateway and data warehousing activities
Working across the BI stack primarily using Power BI, SSAS, SSRS and SSIS
Working across various self-service tools such as Power BI and Tableau to prepare comprehensive reports for business consumption
Working with Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Project to extract, manipulate and prepare reporting requirements
Working closely with the business to capture and validate requirements
Utilising languages including JavaScript, CSS, SQL and other JavaScript libraries
