**Logistics Administrator - Muchea**

Location: Muchea - Approx 45 Mins North of Perth CBD

Hours: Full time hours over 9 day fortnight - Drive in and Drive out on daily basis

Hourly Rate: Approx $36 - $38ph+ Super

**The Role**

As the Logistics Administrator you will have a strong focus on providing administrative support to the day to day Logistics functions relating to the movement of product into and out of the Tronox Chandala site, based at Muchea.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Offering full administrative support to the logistics and transport teams
- Receipting, processing and dispatch of all products off site.
- Contribute to the achievement of Logistics goals by supporting effective and efficient movement of product.
- Providing the required paperwork to relevant parties for product movements.
- Reconciliation of product movements and maintenance of the in-house system.
- Processing of end of month stocktakes.
- Minute taking for meetings and documentation of work procedures.
- Reception Cover as required, welcoming guests and directing them when needed
- Absence coverage of other members of the Logistics team as required.
- Assisting with customer queries effectively in a timely manner
- Entering and running cycle count data
- Reviewing and following up purchase order invoices
- Assist with shipping and connoting of outwards goods
- Assist with raising credits for good returned
- Investigating discrepancies with stock

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in an administration support role
- SAP Experience is essential
- Logistics experience in Freight and Haulage
- Intermediate MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Project and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Ability to work with high volumes of data entry
- Reporting skills desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
