Graduate Reliability Engineer Role Overview
We are seeking a recent graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering to fill a Graduate Reliability Engineer role. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear pathway to career progression in the mining sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement, as well as the ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct failure mode and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliability.
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, noise monitoring, and wear debris analysis.
Develop and refine maintenance procedures, checklists, and standard work instructions.
Assess new equipment installations, update asset registers, and optimize spare parts inventory.
Analyze plant downtime data and develop structured maintenance plans.
Collaborate with technicians, operations teams, and design engineers while staying current with industry best practices.
About You
Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, PRONTO, and spreadsheet-based systems.
Current C-class manual driver's license.
