Equipment Reliability Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in equipment reliability.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct failure mode and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliability.
  • Perform predictive and preventative maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, noise monitoring, and wear debris analysis.
  • Develop and refine maintenance procedures, checklists, and standard work instructions.
  • Assess new equipment installations, update asset registers, and optimize spare parts inventory.
  • Analyse plant downtime data and develop structured maintenance plans.

You will work closely with technicians, operations teams, and design engineers while staying current with industry best practices.

A recent graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement, will thrive in this collaborative environment.
