**About the company**

Concrete Protection and Repair Services are a multi-national remediation company for the last 10 years. CPR provides remediation and waterproofing services in all civil environments.

We are currently looking for an experienced underground civil concrete remediation and waterproofing supervisor.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Must be willing to travel for work.
- Must be willing to work in an underground environment.
- Must be willing to work away from home.
- Must be able to conduct high-level communication and interactions with clients and civil Engineers
- Must be able to work nights and Overtime
- Must be able to run a crew of up to 15 people in a civil environment.
- Must be able to read and interpret high-level specifications and plans.
- Must be able to familiarise and work in accordance of Australian standards & road authority standards such as:

- Be responsible for the correct use of specialized equipment.
- Be responsible for Quality assurance paperwork to a high standard.
- Be able to maintain constant communication with management staff.
- Willing to work under NDA's.
- Must be able to pass a AGSVA security assessment.
- Responsible for managing heavy workloads under timeline pressure.

**Skills and Experience**
- Must Have a valid driver's license.
- Three years of experience is as minimum
- Must be able to Lead a team.
- Must be able to identify modes of failure in concrete structures.
- Must be able to develop and implement repair methods in a civil environment.
- Experience in Dry spray shotcrete
- Experience in Dry Spray waterproofing membranes
- Be able to show prior knowledge in a range of pneumatic pumps, electric pumps, airless spray pumps and shotcrete pumps.
- Having prior knowledge of Methyl methacrylate bridge deck waterproofing is highly preferred.
- Show's prior knowledge in the following injection systems:

- Acrylic injection
- Polyurethane injection
- Epoxy injection
- Microfine cement injection
- Experience in concrete repair
- Experience in robotic shotcrete spraying in an underground environment
- Must have Carbon Fibre Experience

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silverwater, NSW 2128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
