Ecommerce/Social Media Manager St Kilda

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Oversee e-commerce fulfillment procedures
- Assist customers with personal styling and shopping as needed
- Oversee inventory on a bi-weekly basis and update website as needed
- Manage communications with customers about design projects
- Assist with customer service as needed
- Social media Content creation and management
- Website Photography

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Have 2-4 years of luxury brand or jewelry retail sales/operations experience
- Existing knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Energetic and highly motivated, able to work at a very fast pace
- Work well independently within a small, close-knit team
- Process oriented with an exceptional level of attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Accountable by nature and able to take complete ownership for a complicated task

Experience with Shopify preferable

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
