What You Will DoTrimble Field Systems provides a wide range of hardware and software solutions to the construction and surveying industries.
Our industry-leading solutions help make our customers safer and more productive.As the APAC Marketing Manager for Field Systems, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with assigned Trimble dealers, coordinating marketing development funds, educating dealers on campaigns and marketing resources, and providing guidance on advanced go-to-market strategies.
You will act as the liaison and the main point of contact between Trimble marketing, Trimble sales, and our APAC distribution channels.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in marketing or account management, live in Australia, and be willing to travel as needed.Travel requirements for this role are expected to be up to 10%, both nationally and internationally.Key Responsibilities IncludeDevelop and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers primarily in Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Singapore, and other countriesCoordinate marketing development funds to support growth in your territoryEducate dealers on available campaigns and marketing resourcesProvide guidance on advanced go-to-market strategiesSupport dealers in developing and executing their marketing plans.
Help drive digital marketing adoption at the dealer level.
Assist dealers in linking market opportunities to marketing activity/action.Collaborate with the regional sales team to support sales-led initiativesTrack and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaignsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practicesRepresent Trimble at industry events and conferencesManage the regional marketing budgetUtilize AI to increase productivityWhat Skills You Should BringYou'll need a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Other qualifications, experience, skills, and attributes you'll possess are:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field5+ years of experience in an indirect sales channel or account management roleExperience with a varied MarTech stack, including marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (SFDC)Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks in a quarterCuriosity: You're inquisitive and know how to observe and identify patterns that identify trends and key insights.
