Project Delivery Lead

Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of customer platform implementations.

This role involves managing customer projects, leading project teams, and ensuring successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in software delivery, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer projects to achieve objectives on time and within budget
  • Lead project team members, including their wellbeing, mentoring, and performance monitoring
  • Take ownership of project estimates and plans
  • Procure resources to achieve project objectives
  • Anticipate, manage, and resolve risks and issues
  • Build commercial relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver progress reports
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and work with Finance for timely invoicing
  • Manage pre-sales processes, including scoping, estimating, and communicating with customers
  • Manage contract review and sign-off processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the Delivery team
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to develop best practices

  • Experience in managing waterfall and agile software delivery projects
  • Successful delivery of large and complex technology projects
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Leadership and change management competencies
  • Experience working in a software development environment
