Chief Innovation Officer
Key Objectives:
Conduct a thorough IT landscape analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and alignment with business priorities.
Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap, outlining key projects and vendor relationships.
Enhance cybersecurity posture and compliance, ensuring the organization's digital assets are secure and protected.
Oversee the successful implementation of key technology projects, fostering collaboration between stakeholders and vendors.
Establish robust IT governance processes, including KPIs and regular performance evaluations.
Cultivate a strong working relationship with the IT Managed Service Provider, streamlining operations and driving scalability.
Ideal Background:
Proven experience as a CIO or IT Director in mid-to-large enterprises, with a track record of driving digital transformation and IT governance.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, ERP / CRM systems, cloud migration, and data strategy, with the ability to advise senior leadership on strategic decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Able to operate both strategically and tactically, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results.
