About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in organizational and executive leadership development, with experience in advocating for the rights and needs of all Australian children.

The CEO will work closely with the board and executive team to develop comprehensive planning that shapes a bold, long-term vision for the organization. This includes diversifying income streams without compromising impact, ensuring cultural safety and inclusivity in leadership and decision-making processes, and driving systemic change to address institutional and socio-economic inequalities faced by Indigenous children.
