You love turning chaos into control, and know that a well-oiled supply chain powers epic customer experiences.You'll bring: Experience in supply planning, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
Advanced data analysis skills – you know your way around spreadsheets, pivot tables, and large data sets.
A proactive mindset with an eye for stock discrepancies, supply trends, and optimisation opportunities.
Confidence in navigating ERP systems, with a strong grip on Excel or Google Sheets.
Clear and professional communication skills – you can confidently connect with Distribution Centres, Stores, and internal teams.
The ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt fast when things shift (because they will).
What You'll OwnYour mission: Keep our inventory moving and in-check to support sales momentum and customer expectations.
Day-to-day, you'll: Run warehouse-to-store replenishment – using data to ensure shelves are stocked to match demand.
Lead inventory rebalancing across multiple DCs to maximise availability.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver insights and spot trends.
Manage backorders and clearance stock to minimise oversells and improve delivery outcomes.
Oversee internal stock transfers – coordinating with DCs, transport teams, and stores.
Tackle discrepancy resolution with a root-cause mindset and action-oriented follow-up.
Drive smart B2C order routing to reduce freight costs and improve delivery times.
Own and improve SOPs tied to key inventory workflows.
Be a key player in new product launches by ensuring stock is where it needs to be – ready to fly.
Partner closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Store Operations to keep the customer experience seamless.
Support the Shipping Team by prioritising container deliveries and ensuring critical stock lands on time.
