We pride ourselves on our fantastic team culture, teamwork and positive work environment.We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Administrator to assist our Sales Team in driving lead generation and expanding the business.You will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and sales, maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs, and complete a range of administrative duties whilst also providing support to the operational and fleet administration team.To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly, team environment, and have exceptional people skills.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person by assisting with queriesManage incoming sales enquiries and quote in line with business expectations with the support of the sales team during peak periodsCoordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferencesManage internal systems to ensure quoting through to invoicing runs smoothlyAssisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clientsWriting and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetingsCreating and maintaining client databases and mail listsTracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to managementProviding effective administrative support to the operations and fleet teamsRequirements2 - 4 years professional experience in business, sales, marketing, or related fieldExposure to transport and logistics will be highly regardedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritise competing work tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient with Microsoft Office suiteIn return for your skills and experience, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
Northfleet offer a modern office environment, equipped with gym and end of journey facilities, conveniently located in Osborne Park with free parking on site.
