**About the role**

The Enterprise Portfolio Manager reports to the General Manager, Transformation and supports in the design, build and implementation of project portfolio management capability and responsibility for it's day-to-day operation.

Specific accountabilities:

- Portfolio optimisation - provide recommendations on how to structure prioritised programs/project to ensure optimal use of business resources to deliver the maximum level of value
- Portfolio planning - provide recommendations on sequencing and timing of projects based on resource constraints and dependencies
- Champion agile ways of working by advocating for the benefits of iterative planning, showcases, and ceremonies that support team development and bonding (i.e., stand ups and retros)
- Portfolio Performance Monitoring and Reporting - valuate, measure, and track project benefits, health and performance at a portfolio level and reflect in dashboards to provide actionable insights
- Portfolio administration - support administrative requirements of the Transformation Office and e-PMO, manage weekly meeting tracking / actions, etc.
- Communication and change management - participation in change management process to determine which changes are appropriate and how they affect the plan and the critical path
- Portfolio risk management - assist in identifying, assessing, and escalating project risks and issues.

**About your experience**
- Experience managing administrative tasks for a large program/ team
- Experience in the development and management of tracking techniques for program activities
- Demonstrated understanding of the TO/PMO function
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Experience with complex business transformations
- Understanding of best practice PPM methodology/ tool sets
- Ability to produce budgets and control forecasts and actual spend against budgets.
