Job Summary
As the Enterprise Portfolio Performance Manager, you'll play a key role in enabling strategy execution across HUB24.
This high-impact role is responsible for providing enterprise-wide visibility into portfolio health, delivery performance, and strategic outcomes.
You'll lead the development of prioritisation, tracking, and reporting capabilities that align initiatives with strategic objectives, measure performance, and empower informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities
Maintain a comprehensive view of the enterprise portfolio, ensuring visibility of all strategic, regulatory, and operational initiatives consuming group resources.
Develop and apply an enterprise-wide prioritisation model to align initiatives with strategic objectives and optimise portfolio value.
Establish governance and processes to track strategy execution and benefit realisation across the Group.
Design and implement performance reporting frameworks that measure progress against strategic targets and metrics.
Define data, KPIs, and metrics to support strategic decision-making and portfolio performance tracking.
Lead the selection and implementation of enterprise portfolio management tools and systems.
Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure portfolio decisions are data-driven and aligned to enterprise goals.
Produce executive-level dashboards and reports that communicate benefit realisation and strategic performance.
Facilitate portfolio review forums and performance discussions with senior stakeholders.
Lead organisational capacity planning to assess resource supply and demand, identify constraints, and inform strategic prioritisation.
Forecast future business needs and plan resource deployment to support strategic delivery.
Continuously improve portfolio management practices, tools, and reporting to enhance transparency, agility, and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
Deep domain knowledge in wealth management, including wrap platforms, superannuation, investment products, and/or financial advice.
8+ years of experience in strategic portfolio management within complex, multi-business environments.
Proven expertise in prioritisation models, performance reporting, and benefits realisation.
Strong understanding of enterprise strategy, business planning, and delivery frameworks.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing portfolio tracking and prioritisation systems.
Proficiency in portfolio and reporting tools such as Jira Align, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making.
Experience in organisational capacity planning across teams and time horizons to support strategic delivery.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex recommendations with clarity and impact.
