**Job Description**:
We currently have an opportunity for a 2 x Warehouse Team Manager to lead one of our dynamic and customer focused operations based in Truganina.

These role will work Monday - Friday initally on PM shift (9pm - 5am). In the new year, one role will transition to AM shift (6:30am - 2:30pm) and the other will transition to afternoon shift (2:30pm to 10:30pm).

As a Warehouse Team Manager your role will be to direct, coordinate, supervise and meet service objectives of the customer. You will also be responsible for leading the warehouse team to ensure outstanding results are achieved whilst driving a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage warehousing activities and ensure work is performed safely
- Drive a strong safety culture and safety initiatives across warehouse
- Building and promoting a team environment that works collaboratively
- Identify CI improvements and encourage an innovative culture
- Manage daily labour against requirements and projects
- Ensure customer expectations are met and managed accordingly

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Flexible to work various hours in line with operational requirements - will be required to work weekends on rotational bases
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Experience training, coaching and mentoring a team
- A proven track record in a warehousing environment
- Strong customer service focus
