Resolution X is looking for a skilled Forklift & Warehouse Technician to join our warehouse team. This hands-on role is central to keeping our equipment and logistics running smoothly, supporting productions across live events, theatre, festivals, and touring.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for safely moving, storing, and preparing equipment in our busy warehouse, operating forklifts, assisting with daily logistics, and ensuring gear is ready to roll out for shows. It's a varied role that combines forklift driving, stock management, basic maintenance, and gear prep.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Load/unload vehicles and prepare gear for jobs
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching production equipment
  • Conduct pre-start checks and basic forklift/equipment maintenance
  • Keep the warehouse tidy, safe, and organised
  • Support the team with stock control and regular stock takes
What We're Looking For
  • Valid LF forklift licence (essential)
  • 5+ years' experience in a busy warehouse/logistics environment
  • Strong safety focus and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of manual handling
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Basic computer or inventory system skills
