**Your Opportunity**:
**The position of Administrative Lead will**:
Manage a team of administrative officers ensuring the delivery of a high performing; family centred administrative support service in accordance with organisational goals, guidelines and relevant legislation and to provide direct administrative leadership of all staff in support to each Divisional Management Team of Children's Health Queensland.
Provide leadership, performance management, training and advice for the administration staff in the service line, enabling the team to meet service deliverables in accordance with the Operational Plan.
Ensure the delivery of operational goals in accordance with the Operational Plan, management advice and requirements.
