Job Summary:
The Senior Marine Engineering Manager is responsible for leading engineering teams in the design and installation of offshore structures, ensuring their structural integrity and equipment capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering teams in conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses of marine engineering projects
Provide installation load assessments and calculations to guarantee equipment capacity and structural integrity
Evaluate weather conditions for offshore operations
Develop solutions to complex problems with in-depth skills and broad business knowledge
Requirements:
15-20 years of experience in oil and gas, leading engineering teams and performing marine analysis
Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent
Extensive knowledge of installation techniques, analysis methods, standards, codes, and guidelines
Project coordination and execution skills
