The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager PDC Geelong, the Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role in partnering with and supporting the Geelong PDC site teams. This involves delivering day-to-day operational leadership of the North Shore and Oyster Cove sites, leading the despatch function from order to load out to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to IPF customers, and coordination of all relevant People, HSE, and compliance requirements.
Role Responsibilities
Lead despatch operations to meet delivery in full, on time (DIFOT) targets at North Shore and Oyster CoveEnsure compliance with IPF HSE standards, EPA regulations, and Work InstructionsOversee shipping and site inventory requirements Ensure compliance with IPF HSE standards, and Work InstructionsMaintain site environmental and housekeeping standards Utilise business ERP software for despatch and maintenance planning Coach site teams, using FELT leadership principles Coordinate stocktakes, audits, and contractor partnershipsDrive process improvements to reduce truck turnaround times
What You'll Bring
Commitment to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance cultureProficiency in SAP or similar programs(despatch and maintenance modules)Experience in operational leadership within manufacturing, logistics or other relevant industry Permit to Work and JSA experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGeneral maintenance/mechanical aptitude (Desirable, not essential)Production Level FEL or control room experience (desirable, not essential)

Our Geelong Operations, part of the Geelong PDC, are located 70km southwest of Melbourne, supporting Australian farmers for over 100 years. The PDC includes North Shore and Oyster Cove (advanced liquid fertiliser coating and distribution), contributing to Australia's largest fertiliser distribution network.
