**The Opportunity**:
This is a full-time permanent position with Seadan Balcatta. You will be joining a close-knit and positive team, where you will mix inventory / purchasing duties (80%) with sales and customer service (20%).
- Specific responsibilities include:_
- Stock control, ensuring that stock is maintained at the required levels and aged stock is managed
- Working closely with the Warehouse and Sales teams, and liaising with suppliers daily
- Data entry
- Generating reports using company software packages and Excel
- Reconciling POs with invoices, including the resolution of invoice discrepancies
- Processing return merchandise authorisations (RMAs)
- Chasing deliveries and managing ETAs
- Other ad-hoc duties around the branch as required

Full-time permanent position based from office in Balcatta.

**About You**:

- Experience in the wholesale and distribution industry (essential)
- Prior experience in purchasing and stock control
- A willingness to combine inventory/purchasing duties with sales and customer service
- A decisive decision-maker
- Fast typer, experienced and efficient with data entry
- Excellent multi-tasker with a high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- An exceptional communicator
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Full Australian working rights
