**THE ROLE**

The Junior Project Controls Assistant will support the Project Controls team, specifically the Cost Control team, by handling key administrative tasks. Responsibilities include data entry, spreadsheet upkeep, information collection, change management, and general support, all of which contribute to the effective functioning of the Project Controls team.

This position is part-time, requiring two days per week initially, with potential adjustments based on project demands and workload.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, input, and validate cost data; generate reports for the Project Controls team.
- Maintain and update complex spreadsheets for tracking costs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Gather cost and schedule information by engaging with team members.
- Assist in managing change control processes and document approved changes.
- Support risk and assurance workshops; update risk management systems

**Is This You?**
- Pursuing or holding a qualification in project management, project controls, or business.
- Strong aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions from multiple stakeholders.
- Diligent in ensuring accuracy in data entry and report generation.
