**Primary objective**:
The role includes building and maintaining relationships with key Client stakeholders on site and requires an inspirational leader with an ability to drive a culture of safety and service excellence.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES
- To provide the leadership of the region including delivery of the scope of work along with improved safety performance and company KPI's and Metrics
- To develop the Otraco culture of a safe, innovative and performance focused business
- To ensure compliance to all legal and statutory requirements
- Lead by example in adhering and demonstrating company standards, policies, procedures and values
- In collaboration with the client, peers and the business, have a strong focus on the delivery of standardisation and innovation for the region

TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES
- Undertake routine site visits to Otraco contracts in the region and accomplish the applicable Scope of Works.
- Prepare client reports that meet Otraco's professional standards. These should include recommendations on any factor affecting tyre performance and costs.
- Assist the Otraco site teams to comply with Otraco and Client policies, procedures and instructions, as well as relevant contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform internal and external audits that focus on system compliance, safety and tyre management
- Promote a culture of continual improvement and 'best practice' across Otraco project teams.
- Regularly meet with client representatives to discuss tyre performance and Otraco's service.
- Conduct tyre operator awareness and tyre safety awareness training.
- Conduct audits of Suppliers and assessment of Products to ensure effective delivery of service to clients.
- Assist with the development of the Otraco Group's market share, through active promotion of our array of Earthmover Tyre Management Services.
- Develop and lodge monthly invoicing for responsible sites
- Actively promote a safety culture across all projects that targets zero harm to personnel and the environment.
- Ensure that relevant legislative requirements are complied with on site.
- Assist with the investigation of hazards, incidents and unsafe work conditions and equipment, and eliminate or reduce risks to acceptable levels.
- Ensure that incidents are reported, investigated and that follow up actions are implemented.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing Safe Work Procedures, to encourage the adoption of 'best practice' across all Otraco operations. Authorise Safe Work Procedures and ensure that they are implemented by the supervisor
- Promote Zero Harm - commit to working safely, taking care of each other by cautioning people if an unsafe act is being performed, and welcome colleagues to do the same to you also. Recognise that people can make mistakes but take that additional step to report behaviour which continues to be unsafe.

- Actively promote a HSE culture across the region and lead by example.
- Ensure that all personnel work safely and comply with Otraco procedures and legislative Requirements.
- Assist with the investigation of hazards, incidents and unsafe work conditions and equipment, and implement actions to eliminate or reduce risks to acceptable levels.
- Ensure that all procedures are communicated, understood and complied with by all personnel.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing procedures, to encourage the adoption of best practice and standardisation across all Otraco operations.
