The Role

We have an opportunity for a **Maintenance Technician (Training Area and Range Operator) **to join one of our key clients.

This role is based in **Singleton, NSW.**

**Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.**
- General maintenance of Training Facilities
- Install and operate target systems at designated training ranges
- Conduct operator level maintenance and non-technical inspections of range facilities and equipment
- Ensure that fire locations are reported to the Range Control Officer or equivalent Defence personnel
- Provide first response bushfire fighting capability to extinguish and/or contain spot fires caused by range activities.

Skills & Experience
- Current Driver's License is essential - MR license would be preferable
- Prior knowledge or experience in Defence range operations, or ex-serving member would be highly desirable
- Experience with NSW Rural Fire Service would be highly desirable
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
