We are currently have multiple positions for **Procurement Specialists** to join our growing Natural Resources team. These role would be help leading the procurement function across a large range of different natural resource projects, like mining, clean energy and O&G.

We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development across large Natural Resource projects to site based construction of individual projects, while helping the largest companies in the world. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.

To be successful in this role:

- Provide a leading role in a client procurement team responsible for procuring multi million dollars of packages on a construction project.
- Strong contract knowledge from initial set up to managing variations and claims.
- Contract formation, contract administration, contract negotiations and claims support.
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Manage quotes, purchase orders, the tender process delivery and tender analysis.

**Qualifications**
- Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: procurement, construction, cost management, engineering or project management.
- Commercial Management experience preferably gained within the construction environment or Natural Resources.
- A strong and demonstrable experience in providing procurement and contract administration advice and an ability to manage and report directly into the client and their key stakeholder group at both project and programme level.
- Experience of working within a Client focused consultancy environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written English with excellent report writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast paced environment.
