ResponsibilitiesConducting pre-employment medical assessments and ongoing workforce health evaluationsPerforming fitness-for-duty and return-to-work medicalsProviding expert guidance on injury management and rehabilitationImplementing health surveillance programs for employees across the mining, manufacturing, and trade sectorsUndertaking independent medical examinations (IMEs) to support clinical and workplace decisions.Supportive, family-oriented culture: You could be part of a close-knit team that values connection, collaboration, and work-life balanceFlexible working arrangements: You have the option to structure your workday to suit your lifestyle with flexible scheduling optionsComprehensive clinical and administrative support: You will work alongside a dedicated team including Registered Nurses, Medical Screeners, an Exercise Scientist, and a highly efficient admin team who help you focus on patient care.RequirementsFull registration with AHPRAFellowship in Occupational & Environmental Medicine (FAFOEM) or experience in occupational medicineAbility to work independently within a corporate health setting
