Reporting to the HSW Regional Manager, you'll work directly with frontline teams and managers to deliver safety programs, implement risk controls, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.Your work will include on-site engagement (1-3 days per week), conducting safety audits, delivering HSW training, investigating incidents, and supporting leaders to meet legislative requirements.
