Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAs part of the Grounded Group, Grounded and Phlow are teaming up to deliver projects that combine large-scale construction expertise with refined, high-performance spaces.Based in Perth, this team brings together the depth and reliability of Grounded's experience with Phlow's creative precision—ensuring every commercial transformation is delivered with care, excellence, and attention to detail.With a reputation built on trust, excellence, and delivery, we are continuing to expand and are now looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in the commercial space.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in either Perth or Bunbury, offering the chance to work on a variety of high-quality builds within a supportive and driven team.About the RoleAs the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project—from mobilisation through to construction and final handover.
This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen to deliver on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality.Key responsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle including mobilisation, execution, and de-mobilisationDevelop and monitor project schedules and milestonesCoordinate all subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to meet program and quality targetsControl project costs and manage budget, claims, and variationsEnsure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all aspects of deliveryLiaise with site teams to resolve operational issues and keep works on trackMaintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updatesLead internal and external project meetingsOversee final inspections, defect rectification, and handoverEnsure all documentation (including MDRs, IOMs, and As-Builts) is completed for close-outSkills & ExperienceProven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project ManagerStrong knowledge of construction programming, safety requirements, and commercial managementSkilled in stakeholder engagement, cost control, and team leadershipSound understanding of contractual and legislative requirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)5–7+ years in a similar PM role (ideally with remote or regional project experience)White Card and relevant certificationsAt Grounded Group, you'll join a close-knit team that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and smart delivery.
