With strong growth and an expanding portfolio of projects, we are seeking to appoint a talented Client-Side Project Manager to join our team.
About the Role This is a rare opportunity for a Project Manager to join on a full-time, permanent basis during an exciting phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will work across a diverse range of projects and manage blue-chip clients both locally and nationally.
What We're Looking For As our ideal candidate, you are highly organised, detail-focused, and have proven experience as a Client-Side Project Manager or Development Manager.
You are an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think creatively, work autonomously, and contribute effectively within a boutique consultancy setting.
A strong interest in the WA property sector, particularly in project and development management, will be highly regarded.
You will manage multiple projects concurrently from inception through to completion.
Responsibilities will include: Leading meetings and coordinating consultants and authorities Preparing project reporting, cost management, and programme monitoring Overseeing construction phases and attending site as required Supporting administrative and governance tasks Existing relationships with contractors and design consultants will be advantageous, but are not essential.

Permanent Australian resident Current Australian "A", "C" or "C-A" class driver's licence and own vehicle 3–5 years' relevant experience Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work autonomously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in construction and/or property sectors Proven capability in client-side project management, contract administration, or development management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Advantageous Criteria Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Architecture, or Property Development (or similar) Exposure to retail, childcare, industrial, or commercial projects Proficiency in Microsoft Project How to Apply Applications should be addressed to the Project Director and include a covering letter.
