Common scopes of work include mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings, stockyards, tunnels, power stations, and paste plants.
We operate with lean, efficient teams of 5 to 30 crew members, focusing on agility and effectiveness on the ground.

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in the civil construction sector, with a strong emphasis on concrete construction works.
This is a key leadership role, where the successful candidate will play an integral part in driving project success and client satisfaction.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects of varying sizes and complexity, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
You will be a critical member of our leadership team, working closely with the Operations Manager, site-based supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Attend tender briefings, site meetings, and information sessions as required Communicate effectively with the Estimating team during tender and handover phases.
Facilitate project kick-off meetings, establishing project drivers, scope, timeline, risks, and success factors.
Develop comprehensive project job packs including ITPs, project plans, and site methodologies.
Schedule new works following receipt of client purchase orders Create Microsoft Project Gantt charts for project planning and execution.
Liaise with clients, supervisors, and operations management regarding project requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and Flanco's quality expectations Comply with KPI targets, including financial, safety, and quality targets.
You will be managing multiple projects and while based in Perth - interstate travel will be required.

Key Requirements: Engineering degree, and Diploma (or higher) in Project Management or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar project management role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
Strong technical knowledge of construction, mechanical, and civil processes.
Proven client relationship and team leadership experience Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
