We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Inspection Photographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting properties and capturing images of rental properties across Canterbury-Bankstown and surrounding areas using your own car/motorcycle and iPhone or iPad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend the property inspections that are scheduled around Canterbury-Bankstown and its surrounding areas. Capture high-quality images of rental properties using your iPhone or iPad and provide equipment
- Ensure all images and comments accurately represent the property's condition and features

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and own car/motorcycle
- Must have an iPhone or iPad with a camera and data plan
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willing to travel between jobs
- Communication skills
- An Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Experience with property inspections or property management is a bonus, but not required.
