Freelance Property Photographer and Floor Plan Specialist

About the Role:
This is a dynamic freelance opportunity for a skilled property photographer and floor plan creator to capture high-quality images and create accurate sketches for real estate clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent photography skills, basic sketching abilities, strong communication skills, and own necessary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality property images and create accurate floor plans
- Manage client relationships effectively
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services
- Contribute to the growth of our team as a key member
- Be available for varied and flexible hours, ideally complemented by other freelance work
Requirements:
- Good photography skills
- Ability to create basic sketches for floor plans
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Own equipment, including a full-frame sensor DSLR, wide-angle lens, speed light, computer, and more
- ABN and public liability insurance (up to $5 million)
- Live within a 15 km radius of Sydney
