A personal real estate experience a number of years ago led me on a pathway that has seen me become one of the industry's most successful agents. But it's my passion for honest and ethical services that provide my clients the best possible outcome that has set myself and the Spillane Property team apart from the rest.

**And right now I'm looking for a switched on, responsible, resilient individual** to take a range of tasks off my hands and essentially 'Donna' myself and the team into operational shape on a daily basis. **The role?**
- Be my right hand person
- Triage enquiries from clients and team members
- Diary Management/organise appointments
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
- Attending meetings with photographers, stylists and buyers
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Database entry and management
- Client relationships and management
- Auction and open home preparation
- Attending auctions and open homes
- Conducting pre settlements and settlements of properties
- Keep the team on-task and delivering superior outcomes
