Operations
- Weighing, measuring and consigning all packages correctly
- Packaging all consignments correctly using professional packaging

techniques to minimise warranty claims and to ensure safe delivery
- Complete all administrative tasks assigned in a timely manner to ensure

the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre
- Embrace and adhere to the Company's "No Limits" culture
- Tracking and tracing consignments as instructed by the store manager

and issuing delivery confirmations
- Servicing and maintaining equipment
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and their delivery drivers

Sales
- Assist the store manager with the sales aspects of the business in

accordance with the business system outlined in PACK & SEND's
Confidential Operations Manual
- Professional handling of Over-The-Counter -Sales, telephone sales, web

estimate requests and online sales transactions
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service

Training - Complete e-Learning training programs and approved webinars
- Performing duties with the high standard of behavior as outlined in

the Code of Conduct: ensuring the integrity of the Brand, and PACK & SEND's relationship with customers, suppliers and government
agencies.
The above is to be used as minimum requirements; however, other tasks may be assigned at the discretion of the company.
Person Specification:
Qualifications - Completion of Secondary School or Cert IV in Retail/Business (or
equivalent)
Experience - Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience of achievement in a retail
environment
Skills - Intermediate level of computer literacy, including Microsoft

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
