We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Onsite Hotel General Manager for the Boab Inn to become the driving force behind the success of the Hotel.About Us:Nestled in the breathtaking Kimberley region, our hotel is a haven offering accommodation, a vibrant bar, restaurant, thrilling moments at the TAB, a refreshing swimming pool, BBQ areas.Key Responsibilities:Assume full ownership of the iconic HotelLead and manage all facets, including bar, restaurant, TAB, and accommodationConduct efficient staff meetings and set a stellar exampleActively participate in daily operations, utilizing venue reporting and systemsInnovate revenue-building ideas across all aspects of the businessDemonstrate financial acumen in areas such as wage costing and P&LsMaintain a visible presence during peak service periods, including late nights and weekendsDevelop and manage effective rostersConduct stocktakes and investigate stock lossOrder and maintain par levels for beverages, food, and consumablesTrain, motivate, and manage staff performanceRecruit and induct new team membersCollaborate with the Head Office team and communicate effectively with all departmentsImplement and execute successful promotions throughout the businessHold WA Approved Managers certificationExperience with BePoz and RMS is advantageousQualifications and Experience:3+ years in a Venue Manager rolePrevious General Manager experience in a similar hotel environmentCurrent RSA and Approved Manager WA LicenceCompetent in profit and loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingStrong communication skills for direct communication with the Director and weekly reportingPassionate about fostering a strong team culture with ongoing developmentProven ability to lead by example and set the stage for high performanceWhat's on Offer: Fantastic salary package with relocation assistance Free rent
