With advanced financial and commercial acumen this person will be results driven and self motivated to achieve.

Our client currently operates 4 and 5 star hotels across Australia and are an integral part of the larger corporate company. With a passion for building exceptional teams and an empowering culture, our client offers an autonomous multi- departmental role with a supportive team of industry experts.
Potential progression to a General Manager role in a short time frame is a real possibility with this opportunity and could change your career progression significantly
The Venue:
Centrally located, this hotel offers just shy of 100 rooms as well as a great food and beverage experience. With a strong and dedicated team this opportunity provides a passionate leader the ability to take the hotel to the next level with a creative approach and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
The Right Candidate:
You have considerable hotel experience across all departments including food and beverage, front office and reservations, housekeeping and maintenance as well as a passion for exceptional personal customer service. A high energy approach to life combined with a "Make Everyone's Day Better" mentality and commitment to the industry, you have hospitality in your blood and a Customer Obsession. Strong knowledge of current trends and influences and an entrepreneurial spirit will serve you well.
