About the OpportunityDue to growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative – Construction Equipment to join our Mackay team supporting our growing customer base in the Bowen Basin as well as on the coast.As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include :Provide holistic OEM customer and technical support for our valued customersManage an existing network of customers and source new customers to grow our businessPromoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve company budgeted sales targetsWork to a customer call cycle and actively build parts & service quotes tailored to customers' needsReporting of activity, prospects, sales opportunities, and competitor activityAttendance at customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issuesProvide fluent customer relationship management, and a positive customer experienceTo be successful you will need :Technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipmentDemonstrated success in a similar roleBe self-motivated and able to build long-term relationshipsExcellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skillsThe ability to travel as required within your regionTrade Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline requiredIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, then please click APPLY NOW
