The role of a Service Delivery Representative involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Processing and managing orders from initiation to completion
- Ensuring seamless communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Coordinating logistics and supply chain activities
- Providing assistance with ad-hoc tasks as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
- Experience with inventory management systems like MYOB
- Background in sales or customer-facing roles within the fashion or textile industry
Desirable Attributes
- Previous experience working in inbound or outbound call centre environments
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
