**To be considered for this opportunity you will need**:

- Relevant experience as a section waiter in full-service restaurants, able to manage large sections
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity
- Strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine and a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry
- Passion for creating exceptional hospitality experiences
- A "can do" attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work nights and weekends
