What's the job?
This is a new role that will lead a comprehensive course review process and course accreditations across Torrens University Australia and Think Education.
The role is crucial in ensuring the continuous improvement and quality enhancement of our courses. You will be working as part of a team to run a comprehensive review of existing courses, in collaboration with faculty, staff and external stakeholders and provide valuable insights to maintain the high standards of education at Torrens University Australia.

Whilst there may be time where you are required to be on campus (we have campuses in Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne), the majority of the work can be done remotely. We are open to applicants who can only work part time hours - please specify which days/times you can work in your resume or cover letter if that is your preference. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
Who you are
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A Masters degree at a minimum, ideally a PhD (ideally either in the field of Health, Hospitality, Business, Design or Creative Technology - but not essential)-
- Demonstrated extensive experience in quality assurance processes as they relate to TEQSA's Higher Education Standards Framework-
- Demonstrated previous experience in course development, curriculum design, evaluation, or a related educational role.-
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, internal and external stakeholders.-
- Familiarity with the Australian higher education system and accreditation standards.-
- An understanding of pedagogical and/or adult learning principles relevant to the student cohort being taught- You will need full Australian working rights to be considered for the role - we do not provide sponsorship.
