As a Disability Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals within the community who are living with mental health conditions or physical disabilities. You'll play a pivotal role in improving their quality of life by offering both practical assistance and emotional support, whether it's in their homes, clinics, hospitals, or out in the community.

Daily tasks may include aiding clients with daily activities, managing appointments and budgets, providing domestic assistance, accompanying them to social engagements, and offering emotional support and guidance.

To qualify for this role, you'll need:

- A reliable vehicle with a Driver's License and comprehensive car insurance (or be willing to obtain)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (to be obtained within the first 6 months of employment)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check, NDIS Yellow Card, and Working With Children Check (all willing to obtain)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.73 - $88.58 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
