Role Overview: As a pivotal nursing leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive workforce strategies that ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care in a supportive and innovative environment.
This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of nursing workforce strategy and drive positive change within our health service. You will be accountable for operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services.
The successful candidate will lead the ongoing design, planning, development, implementation, and management of nursing workforce strategies, providing high-level advice to executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive nursing workforce strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
Provide operational and professional leadership to nursing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
Collaborate with executive teams to provide high-level advice on nursing workforce matters
Lead the design, planning, development, implementation, and management of nursing workforce initiatives
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in nursing leadership and management, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
Ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex problems
Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
