Job Overview

The Nursing Director - Workforce plays a pivotal role in shaping the nursing workforce strategy, ensuring exceptional patient care delivery within a supportive and innovative environment.

This key position oversees nursing operations across multiple hospitals, providing operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services. The successful candidate will provide high-level advice on nursing workforce strategies to other Nursing Directors and executive team members.

Key responsibilities include designing, planning, developing, implementing, and managing nursing workforce strategies, as well as providing expert guidance on evidence-informed nursing standards.
