This is a market leading organisation who pride themselves on having a social and fun working environment. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. Their office is based in the
**Eastern suburbs of Melbourne**, though they offer very flexible working arrangements.
**Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Being responsible for the control of multiple Australian accounts
- Predict value of EOM collections
- Following up overdue invoices
- Calling customers stores & Head Office for payment and rejection of claims
- follow up rebates and over pricing claims
- Develop and enhance relationships on a pro-active basis with internal and external customers.
- Proven experience as Credit Controller or Credit Officer
- Three plus years experience
- Experience working in FMCG/Retail industry is an advantage
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills - Vlook up/Pivot tables
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
