We're currently looking for a talented Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Are you a recent graduate or an experienced allied health professional looking to enter the rehab/return to work industry in Regional WA? We are looking for a Pilbara (Karratha or Port Hedland) based Rehabilitation Consultant to join our regional team.

**About the role**

As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. You will manage a Pilbara Based Case Load, living and working remotely, while being supported by our larger Regional Team

**As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include**:

- Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
- Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce

**Qualifications** What you'll bring to the role**:

- Australian recognised degree qualification and Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Chiropractic
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
- Willingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle)

Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
