Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the quality and compliance team in our expanding employment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with program requirements and guidelines
Implement high-quality services that exceed expectations for participants and employers
Ensure all participants receive effective, safe, and outcomes-focussed support
Requirements:
A relevant degree or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on program quality and compliance
Well-developed communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
