We are seeking a passionate and detail-driven Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist to join our National Quality team. Based at our St Leonards Support Office , this permanent full-time role will play a critical part in safeguarding children, ensuring compliance, and supporting services to deliver high-quality outcomes.
About the Role
As a trusted partner to our Campus Directors and Operations Leaders, you will :
- Conduct compliance assessments across all NSW campuses, supporting services to meet or exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Lead and support regulatory investigations into incidents, complaints, and reportable conduct matters.
- Provide expert advice on child safety, compliance, and quality practices while fostering a supportive, collaborative approach with campus teams.
- Embed Child Safe Standards and drive continuous improvement through coaching, training, and professional practice support.
- Balance time between campus visits and reporting, analysis, and follow-up actions.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring :
A minimum of 3 years' experience in early childhood education, ideally in a leadership or compliance role.A strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive investigations with empathy and integrity.A collaborative style – focused on supporting and empowering services to succeed.Strong organisational skills to manage both fieldwork and reporting effectively.Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and additional training in Child Protection (mandatory reporting) are highly regarded.Why Join Us?
