Working as a Customer Services Representative you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored solutions based on the customers unique situation.

**In this role, you will;**
- Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
- Assisting customers to formulate sustainable payment solutions
- Adhering to a schedule for maximum productivity
- Detailed and accurate file action notes for all interactions
- Comply with client & company policies & procedures

**What You'll bring;**
- Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous customer service experience - desired
- **Australian Citizenship is compulsory**, due to clearance requirements

If you have customer service experience in a face to face or contact centre environment, have a fantastic attitude and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
