Responsibilities
Provide business analysis expertise to support the program and operational units to define, plan and deliver broad-ranging transformation.
Lead end-to-end process mapping (as is and to be) and document requirements, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to uplift across the business.
Lead, in conjunction with subject matter experts, the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guides, FAQs and User Guides.
Support the implementation and embedding of change during go-live and post go-live.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex and progressive organisations.
Experience supporting large, complex programs and projects, including process mapping, requirements gathering and supporting delivery of changes.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills; ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; highly analytical with demonstrated lateral strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management.
