When international air cargo touches down in Australia, we're there to get it the rest of the way to its destination. Our interstate trucking services cover the domestic legs of international airfreight operations, driving between all the major cities from our hubs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

Reporting to the Regional Customer & Business Manager, the Operations Supervisor coordinates all local freight deliveries and collections ensuring all safety and compliance measures are adhered to. This role is crucial to the day-to-day management of staff and operations, including tasks such as administration, customer liaison and escalation.

This role manages approximately 11 local staff per shift and to ensure our operational requirements are met, the Supervisor will assist with driving and warehousing duties.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- To hold a valid HC Licence
- A good & safe driving record with strong driving experience
- A current and valid Forklift Licence
- Strong Forklift Diving Experience
- Operational experience in a similar industry (e.g. Aviation, transport, rail, mining)
- Demonstrated commitment to managing a safe workplace
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Excellent commitment to teamwork
- An innovative and proactive work approach
- Strong customer service focus
- High level of personal presentation and behaviour
- Flexibility to work a 7 day rotating shift roster inclusive of weekends
- Ability to meet the requirements for an ASIC security clearance, pre-employment medical assessment, and drug and alcohol test
