The Royal Automobile Club of Australia (RACA) is a prestigious private members' motor club located in the heart of Sydney. Founded in 1903, the RACA has a history of providing exceptional service, exquisite dining experiences, and luxurious accommodation to its members. The club is home to a range of events, from private dinners to large-scale corporate and social functions, ensuring an exceptional member experience.

**About the Role**:
As the Events & Functions Coordinator, you will work alongside the Events & Conference Manager in coordinating and executing a wide range of events at the RACA. This includes liaising with clients, managing event logistics, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of events and any required administrative duties. Events that you will coordinate will include, weddings, corporate events, conferences, dinners etc.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- End-to-end coordination and execution of functions and events
- Respond to and process event enquiries and registrations
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring client needs are met
- Prepare events proposals, contracts, banquet event orders (BEO) and invoices
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all aspects of events are executed to the highest standard
- On-site delivery, post-event follow-up, event reporting, processing payments and feedback
- Conduct administrative and ad hoc duties as required

- The ability to be flexible, adaptable, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve
